America's Expo for SkinCare & Spa is open to licensed salon professionals only. Proof of license will be required. This will be strictly enforced. All attendees, including children, must pay full fees. No strollers will be allowed on the show floor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS.

INSTRUCTIONS
Download a Registration Form or Register Online (Registration forms will be available for download in late fall 2007. Online registration will open soon).
A $5 processing charge will apply for fax or mail registration.
A $10 convenience charge will apply for each phone registration.
Credentials will be emailed or mailed to address on form.
Complete all information.
You must provide a professional license #.
Workshops have limited availability.
ONLY ONE PERSON MAY REGISTER PER FORM. Please copy the registration form for each additional registrant.

DEADLINES & DETAILS
If email address is not provided, credentials will be mailed on or before February 16, 2008. To receive credentials by mail, forms must be postmarked by February 2, 2008. Online and phone pre-registration closes February 9, 2008. After February 9, 2008, you must register at the show and pay the on-site price. Registrations will NOT be processed without full payment.
